The artist behind the universe

Meet Craig

Comic artist and animation student based in Sunderland, UK. I write, draw, colour and letter every page of Project: Saviour myself — no studio, no team, just one story I couldn't stop telling.

Where it started

One night in 2008, it clicked

I'd always wanted to tell my own story — I just couldn't get it right. Then, at 3:30am, Project: Saviour arrived fully formed: a hero who isn't defined by his powers, but by the choices he makes when there's no easy way out.

It was never meant to run forever. It had a beginning, a middle and an end I could see clearly from day one. Since then I've self-published every issue, collected the first six into a graphic novel, and started turning the world I built into original art, prints and commissions.

"This is my passion — and I hope that shows."

What I believe

Great stories don't need a big team

01
One artist, every page

Writing, art, colour and lettering all come from the same hand — every issue is one continuous vision.

02
Grounded heroes

No invincible gods. Characters who are flawed, scared and brave anyway — heroic because of the choices they make.

03
Built to grow

From comics to prints to commissions, Project: Saviour is a universe designed to expand with every reader who joins it.
