Orders & shipping
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?+
Everything ships from Sunderland, UK. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. UK delivery is 2–4 working days; international is typically 5–12 working days depending on your location and customs.
How much is shipping?+
UK shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout, with free UK delivery on orders over £20. International rates are shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, worldwide. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility, as I have no control over them.
Can I track my order?+
Tracked options are offered at checkout. Once your order ships you'll get an email with tracking where available.
Can I get my comic signed?+
Craig signs every comic — so if you ever find one without a signature, it'll be super rare!
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?+
Standard printed items (comics, graphic novels, prints) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're in original, unread, resaleable condition.
How do I start a return?+
Email me with your order number and what you'd like to return. I'll confirm the return address. Return postage is covered by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
My order arrived damaged — what now?+
I'm sorry! Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage.
Are original artworks and commissions returnable?+
Original one-of-a-kind artworks and bespoke commissions are non-refundable once work has begun, as they're made specifically for you. Faulty or damaged pieces are of course covered.
When will I get my refund?+
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving back with me.
Products & printing
What format are the comics?+
Single issues are 24-page US-format comics (6.625 × 10.25 in) with gloss-coated covers and interiors. The graphic novel is a 140-page softcover (148 × 210 mm), printed and bound in the UK.
What are the art prints like?+
High-quality A3 art prints on 250gsm paper, printed in the UK. Sold unframed unless a framed option is listed.
What's the difference between an original and a print?+
Originals are hand-drawn on Bristol board — completely unique, and once sold they're gone forever. Prints are reproductions you can buy any time while in stock.
How many issues are there?+
Issues 1–7 are out now, with the first six collected in one graphic novel. Issue #8 is in the works.
Commissions
Do you take commissions?+
Yes — from single-character sketches to full painted pieces. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll quote a price and timeline.
How long does a commission take?+
It depends on scope and my current queue, but most commissions are completed within 2–6 weeks. I'll always give you an estimate before you commit.
How does payment work for commissions?+
A non-refundable deposit secures your slot and covers materials; the balance is due on completion before shipping. You'll approve a sketch before I move to final art.
Payments & account
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards plus the express wallets shown at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more). Payments are processed securely by Shopify — I never see your card details.
Is my information safe?+
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and PCI-compliant through Shopify. I only use your details to fulfil your order and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates.
Do I need an account to order?+
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder.
Policies at a glance
The essentials
Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms once I confirm dispatch. I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Shopify's secure gateway before any item is dispatched.
Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and local taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
UK/EU consumers may cancel within the statutory cooling-off period. Bespoke commissions and one-of-a-kind originals are exempt once work has begun. See the returns section above for the full process.

Your details are used solely to fulfil orders and, with consent, to send occasional updates. I never sell your data. Checkout and storage are handled securely by Shopify.
